Preparing for Life Programme Manager

Preparing for Life (PFL), an initiative of Northside Partnership, is one of Ireland’s leading early childhood prevention and early intervention projects. Working in Dublin 5 and 17, Preparing for Life works to improve children’s lives by supporting parents, early years practitioners and teachers to use proven approaches to help children achieve their full potential.

Following extensive evaluation, Preparing for Life's Home Visiting Programme now stands as a prevention and early intervention evidence based programme in its own right and has attracted considerable interest both nationally and internationally. Northside Partnership now seeks to capitalise on emerging opportunities and grow Preparing for Life.

We now wish to recruit a dynamic Manager who will bring PFL to the next stage of development whilst also sustaining core services within the Partnership’s catchment area. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader who is looking for a new challenge in a changing sector. The successful candidate should have considerable experience in management and developmental work and should have strong skills in Finance, Human Resource Management and an understanding of social enterprise and the community and voluntary sector.

To apply please submit your CV and Statement of Experience by email to gemma.stoneley@northsidepartnership.ie by 1.00 PM on Friday, 20th January 2017.
