Our Social Prescribing team is pleased to announce that, due to the success of the February & July programmes, it is offering another 4-week Mindfulness & Meditation course.
The course aims to help you:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Increase energy and vitality
- Give a deeper sense of calm and clarity
Mindfulness & Meditation is free and runs every Wednesday from 18th September for 4 weeks,
